To install a solar system on your property, you must be the owner of the property. If you are renting, you will need to obtain permission from your landlord to install a solar system.

Step 02

Suitable roof or property

Your property must have a suitable roof or other area where solar panels can be installed. The location must receive sufficient sunlight and be free of shading from nearby trees or buildings.

Step 03

Good credit score

We offer many different financing options for solar installations. To qualify for $0 down options, you will typically need to have a good credit score.

Step 04

Approval from your utility company

In Rhode Island, homeowners who install solar panels must obtain approval from their utility company before connecting their system to the electrical grid.
