I had been thinking about getting Solar but didn't think that it would be for me. I got a knock at my door and a young kid named Spencer Gradley asked to talk to me about Solar. At first, I wasn't interested but as he spoke, he got my attention and he come into the house. He explained everything in detail, and it made sense. My wife and I thought about it and decided to do it. It has been 1 year since that day and everything that Spencer said would happen happened. I have not paid one cent for electricity sense our solar system went active. I currently have a large credit with RI Energy. I took advantage with the RI and federal solar credits that made it affordable. Again, I can't say enough good things about Spencer and the companies that were associated with my Solar project.

We were very pleased with the solar array and the savings generated. The teams for the roof and panel assembly were both courteous and professional. They left a product of great value and appearance.

We were skeptical of solar because we had 2 prior quotes that just made no sense financially. Spencer was able to structure the deal to make sense financially and also aesthetically. We did not want to see pipes on the roof or outside of the house and he was able to have the installers do exactly what we requested. the all black panels are sleek and look nice on the garage roof. We have not had an electric bill since the install and we are also building credits for those summer months when the A/C will be running. Spencer was fantastic to work with. He was with us the entire time for the original meeting to the final installation. He made sure we understood and knew all the details every step of the way. He was never pushy, and always answered our questions with patience and kindness. The solar panels were installed perfectly, and quickly made us the talk of the neighborhood. Many of my neighbors wanted to get the panels installed also, and I didn't hesitate to share Spencer's information. We' ve now been on multiple billing cycles, and the panels have significantly lowered our electric bill. We went from $300+ bills (electric car, always at home, air conditioning set to 70) to bills under $70. I love to open the app on sunny days to see how much power we're generating (and money we're saving!). Everyone working on the project was kind and patient the entire time. They even came back and cleaned up a few items at my request, and even painted the conduit to match the house perfectly. I highly recommend SolarSpence and his team.

Spence is easy to work with and up front about everything. We signed our contract in July 2019 with Sun Run. Spence would come by the house or call and check to make sure everything was going as planned. Honestly we did have small issue when a wrong piece was shipped while installing the solar panels but he made sure we were kept up to date on what was happening. We have had Sun Run for 2 years now and strongly recommend solar energy. The bills are so much lower in comparison to what our Com Ed bills had been. As senior citizens we are able to stay within a budgeted plan. We are so grateful to Spence for all his caring and assistance. If we have any questions he will always call us back quickly, if he happens to be in a meeting or on the phone with someone. We highly recommend having Spence guide you through setting you up with solar panels. The savings for us has been incredible. I actually called him this morning to thank him again for everything he did to help us.

We loved working with Spencer. He would check in to make sure we were 100% satisfied with everything. We have had the system for a year now and now our electric bill is $0.00 and we pay less than before for solar. He is such a good guy, we liked work with him very much and happy when he stops by to see how we are doing. Would very much recommend his services.
